Male Administrator
  • The NC Principals and Assistant Principals' Association (NCPAPA) is looking for a multi-talented individual to serve as a part-time Program Coordinator who will assist and work in partnership with the NCPAPA team to accomplish the associations' mission and goals.

    Position Description:

    The program coordinator will work with staff members and procedures to ensure the implementation and success of NCPAPA programs. This position will work collaboratively in a part-time capacity with the NCPAPA team to meet the association goals including:

    • Implementing, managing, and coordinating professional development projects and events to assure quality and cost effectiveness
    • Coordinating and supporting contractors to meet program goals
    • Designing and coordinating program announcements, website updates, application processes, and registration/payment processes
    • Maintaining records and curriculum materials and performing other administrative tasks as required

    Requirements include:

    Minimum of two years post-secondary education and previous experience in communications, education, public relations, non-profit management or other related experience is required. Previous experience working in education, communications, and event management with a non-profit organization are preferred qualifications.
