Move beyond simply reading EVAAS reports and learn how to turn student growth data into meaningful instructional action.  Growth by Design: Using EVAAS to Strengthen PLC Decisions and Instructional Response is an interactive, full-day professional learning experience that equips school and district leaders with practical tools to transform EVAAS insights into focused PLC conversations, instructional improvements, and measurable student outcomes.  Participants will leave with ready-to-use protocols, planning tools, and a clear process for leading evidence-based continuous improvement in their schools.

 

Following the session, participants will be able to:

- Read historical growth patterns responsibly and identify what still must be investigated.

- Translate patterns into focused PLC inquiry questions tired to teaching and learning.

- Develop testable instructional hypotheses and a plan to triangulate evidence.

- Design a 4- to 6-week cycle connecting a change in practice to common evidence.

- Facilitate monitoring conversations that make student-group impact visible.
