Professional Development Opportunities

The North Carolina Principals & Assistant Principals' Association offers a wide variety of professional development opportunities to fit the needs of all our members. These opportunities include:

• Assistant Principal Accelerator (APA), a program for assistant principals with high potential for being fast-tracked into the principalship

• Distinguished Leadership in Practice (DLP), a year-long cohort program designed principals

• Early Career Principals Academy (ECPA), a 3-year leadership development program for early-career principals

• Future-Ready Leadership (FRL), a year-long cohort program designed for assistant principals

• Instructional Symposiums

• Current Seminars
