Distinguished Leadership in Practice

The 2024-2025 cohort application has closed.

DLP, a year-long leadership development program, is aligned to the North Carolina School Executive standards and competencies and is delivered through a series of six (one every other month) 1 ½ day face-to-face sessions, each followed by on-line activities.  A more detailed description can be found in the online application when released.

The program will be hosted in Raleigh. Lodging and program costs will be covered through funding provided by the North Carolina Alliance for School Leadership Development. This opportunity is available for any practicing principal who is committed to professional growth and who commits to participating fully in all DLP activities.

If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, the 2024-2025 cohort application has closed, but please check back for the next cohort.
